The scope of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners located in the Raba Wyżna Commune, including the collection and management of municipal waste accepted at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", located in the Raba Wyżna Commune.
1. The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the Community of Raba Wyżna, and the development of such waste in a way that allows:
1.1. achieving by the Municipality appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended);
1.2. limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended) and the implementing regulations to the Act.
2.The scope of the subject matter of the contract referred to in point 4.1 includes the collection and management of in particular the following types of municipal waste:
(a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01,
b) paper (codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01),
(c) glass (codes: 15 01 07, 20 01 02),
(d) metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste (codes: 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 05, 15 01 06),
(e) bio-waste (codes: 20 02 01, 20 01 08),
f) expired medicines and chemicals (codes: 20 01 32, 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 25, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*),
(g) waste batteries and accumulators (code 20 01 33*, 20 01 34),
(h) waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 23*),
(i) furniture and other bulky waste (code 20 03 07),
(j) waste tyres (code 16 01 03),
(k) waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes (code: 20 01 99),
(l) hazardous waste (codes: 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*).
3. The scope of the contract also includes the collection and management of any amount of construction and demolition waste from households accepted at PSZOK, in particular with codes 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 09 04, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 03 80, 17 06 04.
