1. procurement is a service of direct physical protection carried out by specialized armed protective formations (SUFO) in units and institutions on the supply of 43 Military Economic Branch in Świętoszów.

2. The Contractor must have adequately trained personnel and technical facilities to ensure the proper performance of the service:

— having an eligible qualified physical security worker,

— having the ID card of a person admitted to possessing a gun,

— having the authority of the head of the organizational unit to access classified information about the “Reserved” clause or personal security clearances authorizing access to classified information about min clauses. “Reserved” together with a certificate of training in the protection of classified information,

— has a proxy for the protection of classified information.

3. Minimum number of persons needed to carry out the

task: — task number 1 — 24 persons for one 24 hour shift, i.e. 72 persons,

— task number 2 — 23 people for one 24 hour shift, i.e. 69 people.

4. A detailed description of the object of the contract will be communicated to the Contractors invited to tender.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not allow subcontracting. The Contracting Authority stipulates that, due to the specifics of the object of the contract, part or all of the contract cannot be entrusted to the sub It is essential for the Ordering Party that the contract is signed with one Contractor who will be responsible for all security personnel.

The subject of the order is divided into 2 tasks:

— Task No 1 — military units and institutions dislocated in Świętoszów,

— task number 2 — military complexes belonging to the Zagań Poligonowy Training Center (m. Dobre n. Kwisa, Trzebień, Troąze, Świętoszów, Joanna).
