The subject of the order is the award of fire protection planning services for the general renovation of the Eichendorff elementary and middle school in Veitshöchheim .. The construction project must be carried out over several construction phases within the next few years. For this purpose, it must be checked which preliminary measures in the construction sections are economically sensible to ensure fire protection. The aim of the planning is a sustainable general renovation with a future-oriented energy concept. Furthermore, after the renovation, lessons should not only be possible in closed classrooms, but also in open hallways. For this it is necessary to have larger compartments with more than 400 m 2 , to build. Appropriate compensation measures are to be worked out. The glass facade is designed as a second thermal building envelope (fire flashover). Ventilation networks classroom-hallway-stairwell are to be planned economically (creation of compartments). In the new building, exposed wooden structures are planned. For the safe continuation of school operations, interim solutions (4 construction phases) are to be created for fire protection.
