The subject of the contract includes the function of supervising and controlling inspector over geodetic works.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached No. 1a to the ToR. The documents together with the projects of modernization of the land and building records as agreed by the Lubelskie Voivodship Inspector for Geodetic and Cartographic Supervision constitute Annex 1b.
1. The subject of the contract includes performing the function of supervising and controlling inspector over geodetic works consisting of
- modernization of land and building records, creation of EGIB databases or improvement of their quality and timeliness, together with bringing these databases into compliance with the conceptual EGIB data model, set out in Annex 1a to the Regulation of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction of 29.3.2001 on land and building records,
- establishing the initial GESUT database in accordance with the conceptual GESUT data model, specified in the regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of October 21, 2015 regarding the poviat database of GEUT and the national GESUT database,
- creation of BDOT500 in accordance with the conceptual data model BDOT500, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of 2 November 2015 on the database of topographic objects and the basic map.
And
- adapting the GESUT database to the conceptual model of the GESUT databases, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of 21.10.2015 regarding the poviat database of GEUT and the national GESUT database,
- adaptation of the BDOT500 database to the conceptual model of BDOT500 databases, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of 2 November 2015 on the database of topographic objects and the basic map
