1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 pcs. special cars with a mechanical ladder with a rescue height of min. 30 m. Cars and equipment installed on them must be brand new, unused, undamaged, not encumbered by the rights of third parties, of first quality. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the minimum requirements set by the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract are contained in Annexes 1A and 1B to the SWZ: "Description of the subject of the contract", and detailed conditions of implementation in Annex 6 to the SWZ: "model contract".
2. Under Public Procurement Law Art. 257, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it.
