The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and implementation of a CCTV system, a time and attendance system and an integration and visualization system at the Court of Appeal in Białystok together with the provision of service and technical support of systems during the warranty period. The order covers the delivery of system hardware elements and the execution of all works in accordance with SWZ, design documentation (to the extent provided for stage I of implementation), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the model contract, constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and implementation of a CCTV system, a working time registration system and an integration and visualization system at the Court of Appeal in Białystok together with the provision of service and technical support of systems during the warranty period. The order covers the delivery of system hardware elements and the execution of all works in accordance with SWZ, design documentation (to the extent provided for stage I of implementation), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the model contract, constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.

2. The scope of work, specified in detail in the project documentation, shall include in particular the following tasks:

1) delivery of hardware components of systems, along with their installation, distribution of cabling, commissioning and configuration on servers,

2) updating all system components to the latest version of the software after their installation,

3) integration of the working time registration system with the IQS rail,

4) conducting tests of the operation of systems,

5) granting the necessary, unlimited in time, territorial and functional licenses for systems and their components,

6) providing acceptance documentation – a description of the system architecture, technical and warranty documentation regarding the systems, including in particular instructions for operation, use and maintenance in Polish, certificates related to the systems provided by the Contractor;

7) conducting training of the Ordering Party's employees and system administrators in the field of system operation,

8) providing technical support and system service during the warranty period.

3. The subject of the contract shall be performed in accordance with the following technical documentation:

1) an architectural and construction project;

2. technical design;

3) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works;

4) Bill of quantities of works;

5) Guidelines of the Ministry of Justice on technical protection, constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.

List of works provided for in the design documentation for the first stage of implementation, specified in the technical design and informatively in the bill of quantities of works:

1) preparation of cable routes;

2) execution of LAN structured cabling with installation of the necessary sockets, cabinets and equipment and measurements;

3) installation of recording and display devices together with camera points – installation of 17 indoor and outdoor camera points;

4) implementation of the T&A system with commissioning;

5) wiring key depositors;

6) implementation of the PSIM integration and visualization system.
