Lighting services include customer meetings, rigging, lighting and lighting technician service. The commitment also includes servicing and repair of lighting equipment when a need arises.
Purpose of the contract
The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier. The supplier shall undertake to create the conditions for maintaining a good and professional quality with regard to the existing lighting installation in Stadshuset during the events arranged in its premises. The commitments under the framework agreement must be made after ordering, hereinafter called a call-off, from the city management office.
The assignment encompasses services of major importance to the activities of the protocol and events unit. In addition to having the required knowledge and experience, the supplier's staff must also be competent, efficient, accurate, flexible and need and service oriented.
The total scope of the services covered by this procurement is difficult to estimate, therefore no guarantees or binding commitments on volumes or number of calls under the framework agreement cannot be provided.
Volume / scope of procurement
The number of assignments can sometimes be large. It also appears that the events and activities according to the procurement document need to be arranged in several places at the same time within Stadshuset premises, which the tenderer must take into account in connection with the tender.
Based on previous purchases in the area, the contracting authority assesses that calls from future framework agreements can be made in total to an extent that corresponds to what is stated below, provided that all extension options are exercised.
Please note that the stated values are an assessment of the ordinary needs and do not constitute a commitment to the volume or scope of future agreements.
The customer's needs may change during the current contract period compared to previously completed purchases, e.g. whether the business is expanded or changed, organizational changes or political decisions.
The maximum total value for call-offs that can be made during the total agreement period is SEK 6 million. When the specified limit is reached for the contracting authority, further calls cannot be made.
