The Wahrendorff Clinic, Rudolf-Wahrendorff-Strasse 22, 31319 Sehnde, is planning the centralization of the Wahrendorff Clinic at the Köthenwald location with a new multi-storey building. The design concept groups 5 two to three-storey courtyard houses (components A to E) around a common center and in this way divides the building volume into scale units. Between the houses, in the joints, higher-level uses such as entrances, sports hall and dining room are grouped.

The individual measures listed below are part of this tender:

- Parquet and wood paving work DIN 18356.

- 460 m 2 Solid oak parquet D 18 mm W 6-8 mm parallel ladder-like;

- 340 m 2 End-grain parquet LADC D 19 mm checkerboard pattern;

- 80 pieces of steps / risers, parquet, hardwood planks, oak, oil step overhang, wax, step-L 160 cm, step-W 28 cm, D40 mm, riser-H 18 cm, D40 mm.
