The task is divided into 2 parts:
Part 1 is - collection and transport of municipal waste, Part 2 is - collection, transport and management of ashes.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the order for individual parts is set out in Annexes Nos 9A and 9B, which are annexes to SWZ.
Collection and transport of municipal wasteThe subject of the Order is:
1. Receipt of municipal waste listed in the OPZ created and collected on all properties in Sector 1:
(a) where the inhabitants reside,
(b) on which residents do not reside and which are covered by a community-organised waste management system,
(c) and on properties referred to in Article 6c (2b) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1439),
2) transport of waste to the municipal installation in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
The calculation includes transport to the municipal installation in Ostrów Wielkopolski. However, this installation may change on the terms indicated in the contract boiling.
A detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex No 9 A, which is annexed to the SWZ.
Reception, transport and landscaping of the Ashes1.The object of the order is:
1) collection of municipal waste - ashes generated and collected on all properties in sector 1:
(a) where the inhabitants reside,
(b) on which residents do not reside and which are subject to a community-organised waste management system due to its accession by the owner under the rules laid down in Article 6c (2c) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019 item 2010 as amended), where municipal waste is created,
c) transport and waste management: ash from home hearths that must be transported and managed as part of the remuneration to the installation having the relevant permit for waste management and meeting the requirements set out in applicable law.
The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the municipal installation to which the contractor will transfer the waste for use.
In the event of a change of municipal installation, which the contractor indicated in the offer during the course of the contract, this is permissible, but may not involve a change in remuneration and will not be the basis for the formulation of any claims of the contractor in relation to the contracting officer - in particular claims for an increase in pay.
