The subject of the contract is the delivery of three-axle trash truck type, in the form of an operating lease with a redemption option i.e. payable use under the operating lease for contracted lease installments within 60 months from the date of signing of the Receipt Protocol of the Lease item, conditions laid down in detail in the general terms of the Contractor's lease, the subject of lease in the form of three-axle trash truck type for own purposes.

The item of the order is divided into two parts:

Part no. 1 - Delivery for ABRUKO Sp. z o.o. in the framework of the operating lease with the option of redeeming a three-axle trash truck type with chassis adapted for the two-chamber garbage truck.

Part no. 2 - Delivery for ABRUKO Sp. z o.o. in the framework of the operating lease with the option of redeeming a three-axle trash truck type with chassis adapted for the single-compartment garbage truck.

The subject of the order is delivery for ABRUKO Sp. z o.o. under the operating lease with the option of redeeming a three-axle trash truck type with chassis adapted for the two-chamber garbage truck.

financing in the form of operating leases;

financing period: 60 months (59 installments, redemption), initial fee 60,000 PLN net.

installments in accordance with the contractor's timetable for repayment of leases will be paid in accordance with the provisions of the lease after receipt of the subject of the contract by the proto-colical signing of the receipt without comment together with all necessary documents enabling its operation.

redemption related to the purchase of the lease item 30% of the net value of the object of the order: The Contracting Authority (lessee) may redeem the leased vehicle, pay the redemption value (deposit) along with the last lease instalment. After posting this payment, the lessee receives an appropriate purchase invoice and a sales contract. In a situation where the lessee does not intend to exercise the redemption option, he only pays the value of the installment and the subject of the lease reimburses the Lessor, subject to the payment of any receivables arising from the lease.

A detailed technical description of the item of the order specifies section 4.12 and 4.13 of the description of the object of the order. This description contains minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer an item of contract with better technical and functional parameters provided that they are not affected by higher operating costs.
