Drammensregionen IKT (D-IKT) shall acquire an electronic tool for procurement implementation and contract management system with integration with municipality's archive systems.
The Awarding Authority requests only one solution where the procurement implementation system and contract management system is delivered fully integrated as part of the same system. It is the Awarding Authority's purpose to acquire an electronic tool that safeguards as many of the stages and the needs in the public procurement process. The procurement process is defined as the main stages from the needs assessment and including the evaluation and lessons learned, as well as all the main stages subparagraphs.
