Description:
Renovation services of the Kultaranta furniture of the Office of the President of the Republic

The target of the procurement is the renovation services of Kultaranta's loose furniture.

The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in the procurement documents.

Bidders have the opportunity to visit the furniture to be renovated on 4.5.2023 between 12-14 at Aholankatu 5, 21100 Naantali. It is not necessary to notify in advance of participation in the acquaintance.

The procurement is divided into nine (9) sub-areas.

The subscriber selects one (1) service provider per sub-area with which it concludes the contract.

The estimated start date of the agreement period is June 2023. Furniture renovations must be completed no later than 31.8.2024.

Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more areas. In their tender, the tenderer must indicate the priority to the areas they offer and how many areas can be implemented. Priority applies in situations where the tenderer has submitted a tender for several areas, but is not able to implement all of them in terms of resources. In this case, the bidder may be selected for the area that he wins, but in the other areas, the next bidder will be selected.

Example: The tenderer submits a tender for lot 1 as priority 1 and for subdivision 2 as priority 2. On behalf of resources, the provider can only implement one aspect. The bidder's offer is the cheapest in both areas. On the basis of the order of priority, the tenderer is selected in subdivision 1. In subdivision 2, the second lowest bidder is selected.
