The tender contest includes the supply of energy to Søndre Follo Renseanlegg IKS.

SFR's consumption is subject to variation based on the amount of sewage water to the treatment plant. Normally, this can vary from 1.7 million kWh to 2.2 million kWh. The volume may also vary in the agreement period as SFR must produce some in-house electricity by using in-house turbines and solar panels.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract duration is from and including 2023-04-01 until termination with 3 months notice.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 supplier.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
