The Framework Agreement includes the acquisition of IT consulting services in Microsoft's technology areas for contracting's ongoing need for the operation, maintenance and development of both existing and new platforms and services. The Framework Agreement shall support the contracting entity's need for on-site and remote assistance in the technology fields through agile working methods and with a Cloud First mindset.
The Framework Agreement is divided into the following six sub-agreements which separate Microsoft's areas of technology in order to ensure contracting access to specialized and highly qualified competencies:

The total acquisition is procured for a period of 4 years from the framework agreement signature, with the possibility of extension for 2 x 24 months.

Subcontract 3: Client deployment & client managementIf more than five (5) applicants meet the minimum requirements set out in Section III, Contracting Regions will pre-qualify the five (5) best suited applicants who are hereafter invited to make an offer. The selection of the best suitable applicants shall take place on the basis of the references submitted, including the extent to which they are assessed to be equivalent to the tendered task referred to in paragraph II.2.4. As a result, the number of references will not be essential for selection alone, but more the concrete content, relevance and comparability of each reference to the tendered task and its scope and purpose, in particular concerning:
• Delivery of Windows 10 implementation with hybrid joined devices co-managed in Intune SCCM
• Delivery of Azure Virtual desktop deployment in a large entrapment environment
• Delivery of Implementation Endpoint Defender ATP in a large entrance price environment
