The purpose of this contract is to ensure the operation, maintenance and repair of individual or collective direct expansion air conditioning units and dual-flow Vmc units on the buildings concerned in the city of Valencia and the agglomeration.This procedure follows the declaration of no action for reasons of general interest in the open call for tenders European “Maintenance of air conditioners and dual-flow Vmc” of October 21, 2021
lot no1: Territory Valencia Romans South Agglo (Zone 1)Zone 1 currently comprises 386 air conditioners and/or dual flow Vmc located in the south of the territory (including Valencia) Minimum annual amount: 45,000 euro (s) excluding VAT Maximum annual amount: 210000 euro (s) (excl. VAT).
lot no2: Territory Valencia Romans Agglo North (Zone 2)zone 2 currently comprises 108 air conditioners and/or Vmc double flow located in the north of the territoryminimum amount: 5,000 euro (s) ex VAT maximum amount: 40,000 euro (s) (excl.).
