The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nursery, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management to be performed in the Gromnik Forest District in 2024
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nursery, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management.
The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 packages. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for this Package. The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Gromnik Forest District.
"Provision of services in the field of forest management in the area of the Gromnik Forest District in 2024 – Bogoniowice package"1. The subject of the Contract in package I are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management to be performed in the Bogoniowice Forest District in 2024.
2 The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:
–the planned size of the work, the size of the work by activity group and location, the harvesting characteristics of the forestry, the harvesting assortment layout; a list of distances and conditions for timber harvesting; Overview of surfaces. with additional difficulties, a list of items not available for machine acquisition; information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting, information on forest care, a list of items not available for renewal with the use of a planter;

A specific description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract constituted the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract included in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The implementation of the works included in the subject matter of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area").
Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the currently unforeseen economic situation, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reducing adjustments, increasing adjustments, establishing new locations, as well as suspending the activities indicated in individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing adjustments do not mean the introduction of new works outside the scope of the contract, and decreasing adjustments do not mean the complete abandonment of some of the works. They should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the Terms of Reference), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area, as part of the total quantities of individual works included in the scope of the Subject of the Contract specified in the Terms of Reference, to be performed throughout the Package Implementation Area. The necessity to increase the size of some elements of the contract in the course of performing the subject matter of the contract may also occur in order to perform the full scope of work described in the subject matter of the contract. The determination of a new location takes place within the scope of the subject matter of the contract, but always only in the Package Implementation Area. In the case of obligatory exclusion of items from harvesting in the machine system (timber harvesting at cutting positions where the use of multi-operation machines is unacceptable) in particularly justified cases, e.g. a change in the conditions for which the above activities have been established, the Ordering Party allows for a change in the timber harvesting technology. The justification must be provided to the Contractor in each case. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons carrying out the acquisition and skidding on the basis of an employment relationship
