1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of supra-bed medical panels for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Institution in Mońki.

Medical panels are intended to be used to safely administer medical gases to the patient. They are intended to be equipped in particular with support elements such as electrical sockets, teletechnical socket, mounting rails, validation signalling and various types of lighting, potential alignment sockets, switches and circuit breakers. The panels are dedicated to sick rooms in health facilities.

2. The detailed object of the contract, assortment and quantities is specified in the tender form annex 1 to the specification of the terms and conditions of the contract, forming an integral part of it.

3. The Ordering Party requires certification of the complete installation of medical gases for compliance with the requirements of the standard as a medical device and the designation of the CE mark with the number of the notifying body and the notification of the completed installation as a medical device. Issue of relevant submissions

and certification remains on the Contractor's side.

4. The Contractor should submit the tender in accordance with the tender form Annex No 1 to this specification. The offer price shall include, in particular, the value of the equipment offered, the costs of its delivery, assembly, servicing and training of personnel.
