Description:
Computer Delivery

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of computers (5 pcs.), hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2022), have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment.

2) The scope of the order also includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters along with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

3. A detailed description of the object of the contract is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of computers (5 pcs.), hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2022), have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment.

2) The scope of the order also includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters along with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ;

4) Order completion date: up to 41 days from the date of receipt of the order. The Contractor may shorten the deadline in relation to the required deadline indicated above. A bid providing for a shortening of the deadline will receive points as part of the evaluation of offers using the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer.

5) Delivery address: University of Silesia, Supply Management Department, Bankowa 14, room 310, 40 007 Katowice

6) Minimum warranty period required: min. 12 months. The warranty period begins on the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol

7) Required service response time: within 4 working days at the latest after the defect was reported.

8. Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract and the terms of payment shall include a model contract set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

9) The contracting authority does not provide for additional requirements related to the performance of the contract regarding social, economic, environmental, innovation, employment or confidential aspects of information provided to the contractor in the course of performance of the contract;

10) The contracting authority does not provide for a reserved clause within the meaning of Article 94 of the PPL;

11) Due to the type of contract, the Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to employ under an employment contract referred to in Article 95 of the PPL.

12) The contracting authority does not provide for the personal performance of tasks related to the installation and installation works by individual contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract within the meaning of Article 60 of the PPL, or related to the participation of entities providing resources within the meaning of Article 121 of the PPL.
