The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the Municipality of Opoczno.

4.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Opoczno Commune.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in the collection and development (recovery and disposal) of municipal waste from all properties located in the Municipality of Opoczno, on which the inhabitants reside, according to the hierarchy of waste management and equipping the property with containers and bags for collecting waste.

4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its implementation is specified in the following annexes:

4) Appendix No. 1c - Resolution No. XIX/209/2020 of the City Council in Opoczno of 28 April 2020 on the determination of the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collection of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Municipality of Opoczno and management of this waste, in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner,
