The prerequisite for access to the tender documents is a signed confidentiality agreement / see para. 1.3
According to current preliminary design planning, the planned Pavilion D comprises a total of three full storeys and a basement, which will be connected by two staircases and an elevator system. On the ground floor, in addition to a large training area, various laboratories and workshops are planned. On the upper floors, a total of 160 workplaces with accompanying areas are to be mapped within a flexible and forward-looking working space model. In the basement there is room for the necessary building technology, changing rooms and storage areas. In order to use the construction site efficiently, to ensure the greatest possible flexibility for future needs and to provide sufficient lighting for all areas, the building is grouped around a central courtyard.
For these measures, the client (AG) intends to commission a general planner in accordance with HOAI 2021 in the currently valid version in the near future, subject to committee approval, whose approval is expected on 19.09.2023. Part of the assignment is also the technical planning for structural design in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 1, Technical Building Equipment in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 3, Outdoor facilities in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 5, Annex 11, as well as the consulting services for building physics in accordance with HOAI 2021 Annex 1, Chapter 1.2. Separate tenders and service profiles are included for these services (Annexes 2.1 – 2.5 and Annexes 3.1 – 3.5). The planning for fire protection is carried out by an office commissioned by the client and is to be integrated into the general planning accordingly. For the planning of open spaces, level 1 (HOAI LPH 1, 2) must also be updated.
TNG intends to commission the service in several stages based on the service phases of the HOAI:
/ Stage 1: Completion of preliminary planning (HOAI service phases 1 – 2) – already completed
/ Stage 2: Completion of design planning (HOAI service phase 3)
/ Stage 3: HOAI service phase 4 to completion of HOAI service phase 7
/ Level 4: HOAI service phases 8 – 9
For the execution of this measure, the Contractor must provide all necessary planning services, which include the owed success of a contract for work and services in the sense of planning suitable for performance. On the one hand, the functional-technical requirements and, on the other hand, the legal provisions as well as the current state of the art must be observed.
The client expects a comprehensive, structured and economical handling and a continuous cooperation, support and advice of the client until the completion of the project.
