Specialist planning services according to Part 4 Section 2 of the HOAI in the HLSK department (KG 410, 420, 430 and 480) for building maintenance work as well as for small conversions and extensions in the area of the Pforzheim district, see list of buildings (Annex 2).

The execution of the construction maintenance work for at least two years after commissioning and is extended by one year at a time, up to a total of four years. In addition, several smaller construction projects with GBK up to €200,000 gross are planned.

The application must be made with the application for participation specified by the client. The application for participation can be downloaded from the Internet address listed in section I.3 of the EU Notice.

Bidders as well as their subcontractors and lenders must submit the relevant declarations of commitments in accordance with § 5 LTMG, which can be viewed at "https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/themen/wirtschaft/tariftreue/seiten/mustererklaerungen/”.
