TT stands for adapted transport for people unable to use other type of public transport services. The assignment includes 3 various assignments:

Assignment 1: Co-ordinated taxi service.

Assignment 2: Directly ordered taxi service.

Assignment 3: Transport of people in wheel chairs.

Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one assignment or several. The contract shall be based on hire of vehicles, including drivers and equipment for implementation of transport. The extent is controlled by the demand. Assignment 1; co-ordinated taxi service and assignment 3; transport of people in wheel chairs are to be planned and coordinated by the transport administering office.

Assignment 1; co-ordinated taxi service shall be invoiced based on a fixed start-up price, fixed price per driven adapted transport user and per driven kilometre. Assignment 3, transport of people in wheel chairs shall be invoiced per hired hour.

Assignment 2; directly ordered taxi shall be ordered at the taxi central by the adapted transport users. It shall be invoiced as fixed price per tour within the Oslo area and fixed price per tour to/from Akershus.
