As part of a larger plan, the Municipality of Drimmelen intends to realize (replacement) new construction for Primary School de Stuifhoek at Norbartstraat 55 in Made.

For the realization (Architectural, Installations, Fixed inventory for educational part as well as the Site Design to border schoolyard) of the new building, the municipality of Drimmelen is looking for one party with the intention to conclude a purchase / realization agreement, which, in general terms, takes care of:

- the further elaboration of the design from approximately VO level of the child center c.a.;

- development and elaboration of the housing program on the child center (apartments) c.a. based on the vision of the interested developer / builder within set principles and thought / proposed contours;

- the realization of both the child center and the housing program after which, under certain conditions, to operate the living part within principles (long or short) and to transfer the child center to the municipality of Drimmelen.
