Fixed and mobile include all regular fixed telephony services and mobile telephony services:

• All fixed telephony (at main and secondary locations) that is currently linked to the company telephony exchange;

• All number blocks registered in name and linked to the company telephony exchange and the fixed/mobile solution, namely: 0900 number sequences, 030 number sequences and 088 number sequences;

• Numbers like: 116-006

• And all mobile telephony services:

All mobile numbers and subscriptions for smartphones and tablets;

• Mobile Device Management, the management environment for all mobile subscriptions.

Customer Contact Center application:

• All contact center functionality and management and further development
