This tender consists of a number of components: object security, security technology, the opening and closing round of some buildings, the alarm follow-up and the use of a Private Alarm Central (external control room).
KVK wishes to receive a balanced range of facilities in line with the needs of the Chamber of Commerce at an acceptable cost. Safety for the customers, employees, visitors, property and information of KVK is therefore central to this.
This call for tenders is launched because:
A number of security products and services are no longer covered by a contract because they have already expired;
The existing object security contract is about to expire.
Objective and ambitions
The aim of this European tender procedure is to conclude one agreement per lot for the Chamber of Commerce for the supply of people, resources, services and technology.

Lot 1. Man securityThe purpose of lot 1 of this European tender procedure is to conclude an agreement for the supply of security guards with which the policy for Physical Access Security Chamber of Commerce can be implemented, according to the interpretation of the Procurement Act 2012.

Lot 2. Security technologyKVK wants to offer a safe, service-oriented environment to customers, visitors and employees. In addition, KVK wants to create uniformity and recognisability at its locations for customers, visitors and employees. For this, the Chamber of Commerce is looking for a professional partner in the field of security technology who is able to provide KVK with sound advice, solid implementation and adequate management and maintenance of its systems.
Purpose of the tender
The purpose of lot 2 of this European tender procedure is to conclude an agreement for the supply of Security Technology with which the policy for Physical Access Security Chamber of Commerce can be implemented, according to the interpretation of the Procurement Act 2012.
