Order grouping made up of the following members:

- City of Ambarès-etLagrave
- City of Bordeaux,
- City of Taillan-Médoc.
Group coordinator: Bordeaux Métropole.
The buildings management needs for some of its building operations to have recourse to the assistance of a project manager of private law governed by book IV of the public procurement code 2019. The framework agreement without minimum or maximum is passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the CCP.
Each lot is subject to a framework agreement with subsequent contracts awarded to several economic operators.
Lot 1 will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators. Lot 2 will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators. Lot 3 will be awarded to a maximum of 1 economic operator.
Namely social premises, workshops, office premises as well as storage premises and their associated premises. Lot 1 is made up of the heritage buildings of Bordeaux Métropole, the City of Bordeaux, the CCAS of the City of Bordeaux, the City of Taillan-Médoc and the City of Ambarès-et-Lagrave in which identical activities are practiced (example administration, social activities).
Namely school groups made up of elementary and nursery schools as well as crèches, multi-reception centers, animation centers and their annexed premises, gymnasiums, neighborhood houses, municipal halls, libraries, museums, presbyteries, theaters, churches. Lot 2 is made up of the heritage buildings of Bordeaux Métropole, the City of Bordeaux, the City of Taillan-Médoc and the City of Ambarès-et-Lagrave, in which identical activities are practiced (example culture, sports, education).
The purpose of this lot is to designate competent project managers:
a) To carry out maintenance, restoration / rehabilitation or construction work on old heritage (objects, furniture, monuments, fountains, etc.);
b) To intervene in accordance with article L. 621-9 of the heritage code modified by article 7 of ordinance nº 2005-1128 of
8.9.2005 which specifies the categories of professionals to whom the owner or assignor of a building classified or registered as a historic monument is required to entrust the control of the work;
c) And finally to intervene on heritage located within a protection perimeter.
