The municipality of Oude IJsselstreek carries out a tender procedure for the purchase of one or more new software packages for the purposes of the collection and collection processes (including remission and valuation) of municipal taxes (including an optional customer environment). Upon completion of this tender, the municipality intends to have put into production by 1 July 2022 a proven stable automated tax and valuation system. The assignment is split into two plots.

- The Tax team sends approximately 25,000 municipal tax bills annually.
- The number of known objects currently present in the current tax application is approximately 21,000.
- The number of active subjects currently known in the current tax application is approximately 40,000.
- The number of objections to be processed per year is approximately 300 pieces (of which approximately 275 are targeted at the WOZ value and the others concern reductions in user assessments).
- The number of direct debit subjects is approximately 11,000.
