outsourcing of payroll processing services and models provided for by contributory and tax legislation.

The object of the contract is: A) the assignment of activities aimed at the computerized outsourcing management of payslip processing services and monthly and annual models provided for by current contributory and tax legislation, ensuring compliance with company, regulatory, regulatory obligations and deriving from the application of sector employment contracts, company supplementary and second-level bargaining; B) the provision of an IT system for the "management of attendance/absences", including the "Employee Portal"; C) the provision of a computer system of "human resources management" which must include: management of the employee's personal data, organization management, management of training courses, management of health surveillance.

The service carried out by the Contractor must also include the monitoring and study of new regulations concerning the employment relationship as a whole in order to ensure that the processing of pay slips and monthly and annual models takes place in compliance with the rules themselves. Relations with the staff in force (middle managers, employees, workers and sailors) are governed by the Ccnl Autoferrotranvieri, while for personnel with the qualification of Manager, the Ccnl Executives Industry applies.

The services covered by this contract constitute a complex of activities of a heterogeneous type which includes:

- intellectual activities involving the possession of specific work-social security knowledge, including the provision inherent in the regulatory support (main service);

- activities of pure calculation and printing of payslips, including those merely instrumental and ancillary to them, or mere activities strictly linked to the payroll and the processing of accounting documentation (secondary service no. 1);

- provision of IT systems to allow both "attendance/absence management" and "human resources management", including maintenance, assistance and training activities (secondary service no. 2). The object of this contract cannot be divided into functional and performance lots pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree. 50/2016, as the services covered by the contract are inseparable and aimed at performing a single service.

The estimated total amount of the contract (including the extension option) of € 1,429,688 plus VAT is composed as follows. The basic auction amount for: the performance of the activities referred to in letter A) above is € 16.00 / coupon plus VAT. The estimated annual quantity of payslips processed is equal to 11,158; for the provision of the computer system for the "management of attendance / absences" referred to in letter B) above is € 2.50 / month + VAT for each individual registry position; for the provision of the "human resources management" IT system referred to in letter C) above, it is € 2.50 / month + VAT for each individual registry position; for the performance of the activities foreseen in the start-up phase of the service and for the completion of training activities is equal to € 50,000 + VAT. The security charges resulting from interference are equal to zero euros. As part of the aforementioned payslip cost (equal to € 16.00), the activities included in the "main service" have an incidence equal to 60%, while those falling within the "secondary service n.1" have an incidence equal to 40%.
