Screw-disc press with the required parameters:
- hydraulic capacity Q = 25-30 m
- mass output G = minimum 300 kg sm / h;
- a minimum dehydration degree of 15% sm with the possibility of adjusting the degree of dehydration without liming, Pixu;
- the amount of total suspensions in the effluent not more than 300-500 mg / l, obtained on a powder polymer.
The press should not require rinsing during operation, the press without the need for compressed air.
For safety reasons, it is required that the press is multi-head (at least four-head), so that in the event of failure of one head it is possible to work with increased expenditure, or for an extended period of time on the other heads.
1. In addition to assembly work, the Contractor shall carry out the following scope of work as part of the task:
- will perform the technological start-up of the press,
- train employees serving the press,
- will provide all approvals, certificates and other necessary documents.
2. As part of the contract, the contractor will prepare new as-built documentation:
- electric; mechanical; and measuring.
4. The contractor will provide a 36-month warranty on the subject of the contract.
During this period, the contractor will perform (3) three free warranty reviews of the entire subject of the contract:
In the 12th month from the date of signing the device acceptance report
In 24 months and 36 months warranty.
