The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (hereinafter also referred to as: "gas fuel") including sale and distribution to the Ordering Party's facilities. The total estimated demand for gaseous fuel for the above facilities over a period of 12 months is 850,000 kWh. (The gas quantities shown are estimates and are for illustrative purposes only for calculating the bid price. The actual amount of gas purchased will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party and its actual consumption during the term of the contract.)

Witosa 1, 20-315 Lublin, 2) TDT Regional Branch OT3, Pocieszka 5, 31-408 Kraków, 3) TDT Regional Branch OT4, Cedrowa 8, 40-181 Katowice, 4) TDT Regional Branch OT5, Kętrzyńskiego 24b,80-376 Gdańsk, 5) TDT Regional Branch OT6, Solskiego 5, 52-401 Wrocław, 6) TDT Regional Branch OT7, Grunwaldzka 391,60-173 Poznań, 7) TDT Regional Branch OT8, Zimowa 4, 70-807 Szczecin. The total estimated demand for gaseous fuel for the above facilities over a period of 12 months is 850,000 kWh. The actual amount of gas purchased will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party and its actual consumption during the term of the contract.) The quantity of gaseous fuel supplied will be determined on the basis of the actual consumption of gaseous fuel, based on direct readings of the indications of measuring devices installed in a given facility, settled in cycles consistent with the assigned tariff group, due to the place of receipt of gaseous fuel, type and quantity of fuel consumed, while the Ordering Party determines the minimum value of the parties' performance at an amount not less than 60% of the maximum total remuneration specified in contract (maximum nominal value of the Ordering Party's obligation under the contract, corresponding to the amount allocated for the performance of the contract). The Ordering Party requires that any change of natural gas seller for the Ordering Party proceeds without disruption in the supply of natural gas including sale and distribution, therefore the Contractor is obliged to complete on behalf of the Ordering Party all formalities related to the change of the gas fuel supplier, on the basis of a possible separately granted power of attorney.
