1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the receipt and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the city of Lubaczowa, collected in accordance with the provisions of the current Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of Lubaczów Municipal Municipality passed by the Resolution of the Municipal Council in Lubaczów.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) Reception from all owners of property residing in the municipality, each collected amount of municipal waste:
(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) accumulated
in containers or bags,
(b) Municipal waste collected selectively, in containers or bags, comprising:
paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01),
glass (15 01 07, 20 01 02),
metal, packaging of metals, plastics, plastic packaging, multi-material packaging — collected in total (codes: 15 01 02, 15 01 04,
15 01 05, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 15 01 06, 20 01 99),

(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) accumulated
in containers or bags,
(b) Municipal waste collected selectively, in containers or bags, comprising:
paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01),
glass (15 01 07, 20 01 02),
metal, packaging of metals, plastics, plastic packaging, multi-material packaging — collected in total (codes: 15 01 02, 15 01 04,
15 01 05, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 15 01 06, 20 01 99),
biowaste constituting municipal waste (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01)
slags and ashes (20 01 99)
(c) Municipal waste collected selectively, not requiring special containers for collection, including:
furniture and other bulky waste (20 03 07);
worn tires (16 01 03);
used electrical and electronic equipment in trim fluorescent lamps, energy-saving bulbs
(20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*) regardless of its condition and completeness,
d) Collected in containers located in the city of Lubaczowa the following types of waste: paper and cardboard, glass and metals, plastics, multi-material packaging,
(e) Collected in containers located in selected pharmacies after the expiry date and unused medicines donated by residents (not applicable to medicines from activities),
(f) Waste batteries and batteries, other than industrial and automobile, collected in containers located in schools and public facilities,
2) Management of municipal waste received directly from residents in a way that ensures that adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended) and implementing acts, as well as current during the period of execution of the contract the records of the Waste Management Plan for Podkarpathian Voivodeship and regulations law of the local. The Contractor, together with each invoice for the service performed, submit waste transfer cards for quantities consistent with the values on the invoice
3) During the period of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:
(a) provide the following quantities of containers for selective waste collection to generally available points:
for plastics (plastic) - up to 50 pcs. containers 1100 l — 2000 l,
for waste paper - up to 50 pcs. containers 1100 l — 2000 l,
for glass - up to 50 pcs. containers 1100 l - 2000 l,
for glass - up to 50 pcs. containers 1100 l - 2000 l,
b) equip PSZOK with:
appropriate containers and containers for the collection of all selected waste fractions requiring collection in containers, adequate for the quantities and types of waste collected,
portable electronic goods - warehouse scales with weighing platform with dimensions of min 1.0 x 1,0 m, weighing range of min. from 1 kg to 200 kg, with current certificate of conformity and legalization of the Main Office of Measures.
(Note: the subject of the order is not the management of waste from PSZOK, the contractor for the duration of the order is obliged only to equip the containers for the duration of the contract).
4) During the period of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to provide the following quantities of bags for selective collection of waste: approx. 45-50 thousand pieces in individual colours i.e. yellow, blue, green, brown
