"Personnel recruitment service for the periodic performance of tasks for Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. in Zielona Góra, "divided into 3 tasks, ie:

1. task no. 1 - sending 17 people to the position: business employee to work on maintaining order in urban areas, from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020;

2. task no. 2 - sending 30 people to the position: farm worker to work on maintaining greenery in urban areas, from 1.3.2020 to 31.12.2020;

3. task no. 3 - sending 5 people to the position of: employee for work on waste collection, in urban areas, from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2020.

Responsibilities: cleaning, including the collection of paper, solid waste, bulky garbage, emptying bins, containers, sweeping pedestrian and traffic routes and stairs, weeding urban areas, liquidation of illegal dumps. During the period of winter maintenance, works related to snow removal, ice removal and slipperiness as well as additional tasks commissioned by the Employer, except for the works specified in art. 8 of the Act on the employment of temporary workers (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1563).

Qualification requirements: at least basic education, physical and manual skills (enabling work), knowledge of Polish to the extent that allows the implementation of the work, communication skills - understanding commands and the ability to perform them reliably, ability to cooperate.

a) Responsibilities: shaping green areas, mowing grass and mowing weeds, trimming shrubs, flowerbed care, planting, raking leaves, help with pruning and felling trees, work on loading and unloading green waste and additional tasks commissioned by the Ordering Party works specified in art. 8 of the Act on the employment of temporary workers (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1563).

Qualification requirements: professional experience and qualifications appropriate for the position, including: operation of mechanical shears for cutting shrubs and hedges, mechanical and manual mowers, brushcutters and blowers, at least basic education, physical and manual fitness (enabling work), knowledge of Polish to the extent enabling the implementation of work, communication skills - understanding of orders and the ability to perform them reliably, ability to cooperate.

a) Responsibilities: boring, emptying and putting containers back to their place, cleaning the area in the event of spillage of waste from containers during their movement, throwing additional bags with waste, collecting bags for bio waste and selective bags together with issuing empty bags for residents and additional tasks ordered by the Employer with the exception of the works specified in art. 8 of the Act on the employment of temporary workers.
