On the one hand, this is a service provision market for the operation of structures and the drinking water network of six towns of Annonay Rhône Agglo. On the other hand, it concerns the operation of three Annonay Rhône Agglo wastewater treatment plants. The duration of this contract is two years renewable twice a year. This consultation took place as a contracting entity, in the form of a procedure with negotiation in application of Articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-4 and R. 2161-21 to R. 2161-23 of the Code de public procurement.
