Spare parts OP_03

The order includes the supply of various spare parts for AU OP_03. Each supply number results for its own lot. There are 135 individual lots. Offers are possible for one or more lots. The client reserves the right to award contracts for one or more lots. The Client reserves the right to award the contract to initial offers (indicative offers). The contract period starts on 01.03.2024 and ends on 28.02.2026. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, regardless of the legal grounds, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to an optional extension of the framework agreement until 29.02.2028.
