Babcock DSG Limited - acting as agent for the UK Ministry of Defence ("the Authority") has under consideration a 4 year Framework Agreement for the Supply of Tentage Insulation Panels for the following General Service (GS) tentage currently in-service:

18’ x 24’ GS Shelter
12’ Passageway
4-Way Connector
Porch.
All items supplied must be compliant to specification OI/PS/8002, which is provided as information in the supporting documents of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and will be provided to those candidates down-selected for an Invitation to Tender. Drawings of the GS tentage frames and original MK1 tentage insulation panels will be available upon request for Tenderers who receive an Invitation to Tender to enable them to design the panels to fit inside of the GS tentage.
The winning tenderer shall be required to produce, maintain and provide a data pack to the Authority under DEFCON 15 and DEFCON 21. If necessary, the winning tenderer shall also be required to provide a 1-day train the trainer package. Further details shall be provided in the Invitation to Tender.
Expressions of interest to participate in this requirement are to be submitted on Defence Contracts Online (DCO) at https://www.contracts.mod.uk/ by completing the PQQ. The PQQ shall be assessed on DCO using the selection criteria given within the PQQ and within each question. It is the intention of the authority to down select to between 5 and 10 economic operators who will be invited to tender. Only those suppliers who provide all mandatory information and are not subject to a mandatory exclusion will be invited to tender. Suppliers must log in to DCO, go to the Response Manager and add the following Access Code: E4NXPN4DB4 to access the PQQ.
