The city of Wildau is planning to expand the primary school to a stable 4+ speed (5 speed) including the enlargement of the after-school care area expansion at the location of the primary school associated with the school expansion.
In addition, a 3-field sports hall is to be built on campus for school lessons. The use of the association outside of school operations is also planned.
The expansion will take place in several construction phases (annual slices) and must be carried out during ongoing school and after-school care operations.
In order to ensure this, a temporary facility will be built on the so-called Meyerbeck property to the north, which mainly includes the use of after-school care for 420 children, but also 4 specialist cabinets and a further 4 classrooms that can be used together with the after-school care centre.
In addition, the temporary canteen with serving kitchen will be set up here.
Construction of an after-school care centre replacement building in modular/container construction
Due to the rather high fire protection requirements and the relatively long service life, so-called mobile rental buildings, which are of higher quality and design, can be considered in addition to the usual container system.
Due to the extensive space program, the complex will have three floors.
In the north wing of the ground floor is the canteen, in the west wing after-school care rooms along Fichtestraße, office and staff rooms oriented towards the south courtyard as well as the central cloakrooms.
On the 1st floor, only after-school care is planned.
The 2nd floor is shared by after-school care and school. In addition, the so-called technical forces are accommodated there.
The classrooms and specialist cabinets are to be used by the school in the morning and by the after-school care centre (dual use) in the afternoon.
A service life of max. 5 years (summer 2024 to summer 2029) is planned. Commissioning is scheduled for 15.08.2024.
