The subject of the Agreement is the delivery of Type A Computers (laptop) in the amount of 1609 pieces (one thousand six hundred and nine pieces) with installed operating programs, with the required licenses, equipment, warranty cards, manuals and all other elements necessary for their proper operation.

The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of applying the Option Right. As a result of the application of the Option Right by the Ordering Party, the subject of delivery may be increased by 320 Type A Computers (laptops) in relation to the quantity provided for in the basic order. Deliveries made on the basis of the Option Law will be granted on the basis of the rules contained in the basic order. If the Option Right is exercised, the Contracting Authority, in consultation with the Contractor, shall update the deadlines relating to the exercise of the Option Right.
The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the PPL.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. These orders will consist in the repetition of deliveries similar to those which are the subject of this contract.
The orders referred to above will consist in repeating deliveries in accordance with the deliveries being the subject of this order, under the terms of the contract for the basic order, subject to changes in the deadlines and unit price after negotiations. The material scope of deliveries being the subject of orders shall not exceed 20% of the order.
