This consultation concerns the maintenance of the video protection facilities of the City of Mandelieu-la-Napoule for: the field equipment of the video protection system (cameras, encoders, storers, street cabinet, etc.) distributed on various sites in the municipality, the PA and intercom equipment integrated into the operation, the overvision system located in the premises of the Municipal Police called Urban Protection Center.

An operating offset is in service at the premises of the gendarmerie of the municipality. The procurement procedure used is: the open tender.

It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º, R. 2131-18, R. 2132-2, R. 2132-4 to R. 2132-6, R. 2143-1 to R. 2143-2, R. 2151-1 to R. 2151-5, R. 2161-5, R. 2161-4 of the Public Order Code.

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, entered at unit prices with minimum and no maximum, fixing all contractual provisions and executed as purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or re-competition, in accordance with the terms provided for in the framework agreement and pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

The contractual prices are those set in the unit price list and apply to quantities actually ordered and fulfilled.

The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement shall be defined as follows: minimum annual EUR excluding VAT: EUR 20 000,00, annual maximum EUR excluding VAT: no maximum.

As an indication, the amounts ordered for the last four years are as follows: — period 1:20.10.2017 to 19.10.2018: EUR 68 795,83 excluding VAT;

— period 2:20.10.2018 to 19.10.2019:57 673,33 EUR excluding VAT;

— period 3:20.10.2019 to 19.10.2020:73 665,83 EUR excluding VAT;

— period 4 current from 20.10.2020 to date: 57 733,33 EUR excluding VAT.
