Welcome to submit tenders when Varberg municipality, as well as participating authorities in Halland, procure business travel agency services.
The procurement is made as a coordinated procurement in which the municipalities of Falkenberg, Halmstad, Hylte, Varberg and Region Halland participate. Some of Region Halland's and the participating municipalities' companies are also participating in the procurement.
Extent
The procurement includes comprehensive business travel agency services for domestic and international business travel.
Business travel agency services include:
Management of booking/cancellation/cancellation/rebooking/crediting of all types of travel documents
Booking of hotels/accommodation both domestic and international

Group and conference arrangements (the travel agency must be able to arrange payment of conference fees and hotel rooms booked through the conference organizer)

The value of the assignment is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 100,000,000 and can be seen as an indication of future volume, but cannot be guaranteed. This volume includes all travel and accommodation costs, i.e. the estimated value of the contract is not solely based on fee costs.
The scope may change during the term of the agreement. The supplier undertakes to deliver the real needs of the contracting authorities. Framework agreement will be signed with one (1) supplier.
The scope of the procurement has been determined taking into account Chapter 4. 14 § LOU and is based on the advantage of synergy effects, coordinated deliveries and lower administrative costs.
