The Contracting Authority shall go to procurement of purchase and delivery of pellets. The volume is 1 000-1 500 tonnes per year, approx. 1 700 000 NOK-2 500 000 NOK per year. Total for the contract period is estimated to be 4 500 tonnes, 7 500 000 NOK.

Larvik kommune (LK) wants a new framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of pellets. All necessary tender papers for implementing of this open tender contest can be found on Doffin.

LK currently has 10 bio-energy centres at different properties in Larvik kommune. All have pellets as a fuel source.

Pellets container has a size of 19 tonnes. Normally, ordering occurs when there remains 2-4 tonnes in the container.

Up until now we have received delivered pellets on semi-trailers and car trailers with a load size of approx. 32 tonnes. This is for delivery of 2 containers per location.

Semi-trailers can be used on most of the sites, but we are dependent on car trailers for 3 of the locations due to space requirements.
