1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of a publication on ecotourism in Małopolska, including: composition, printing and delivery of an ecotourism guide in the number of 1,200 copies.

2. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be entered into the contract on public procurement — the model contract and are annex No 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model of the contract).

3. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.
