The contract concerns the design and production of a vacuum chamber and its auxiliary systems for the CSPEC instrument within the framework of the ESS project.

The CSPEC instrument will be installed on a neutron beam.

The services of the flat-rate part include in particular for lot A: aluminum:

- the studies;

- supplies;

- the supply of the vacuum chamber as well as its auxiliary systems, as defined in article 3 of the CDC:

—— the TOF (Time of Flight) vacuum chamber;

—— the vacuum chamber for the sample pot;

—— the valve system;

- supply of tools for tests, installations and transport;

- factory tests and technical inspections;

- transport and deliveries to the ESS site in Lund, Sweden;

- assembly, tests and technical inspections on the ESS site;

- training of operators of ESS personnel;

- the delivery of all deliverables;

- 24 month warranty from receipt of the supply.

The services of the fixed part include in particular for lot B: stainless steel

- the studies;

- supplies;

- the supply of the vacuum chamber as well as its auxiliary systems, as defined in article 3 of the CDC:

—— the TOF (Time of Flight) vacuum chamber;

—— the vacuum chamber for the sample pot;

—— the valve system;

- supply of tools for tests, installations and transport;

- factory tests and technical inspections;

- transport and deliveries to the ESS site in Lund, Sweden;

- assembly, tests and technical inspections on the ESS site;

- training of operators of ESS personnel;

- the delivery of all deliverables;

- 24 month warranty from receipt of the supply.
