The procurement relates to framework agreements for construction work. The framework agreement covers, among other things, renovations and extensions, renovations, carpentry, bricklaying, flooring and painting. There may also be minor new constructions. The work will vary in size and scope and can be simpler repairs of e.g. doors and windows, to major renovations, tenant adaptations. The framework agreement can also include ROT work, which, when calling off a turnkey contract, can involve both design and execution in several areas, e.g. construction, electricity, ventilation, etc.
The contract form is a turnkey contract with ABT 06 as the current contract terms, if the Customer does not specify at call-off that the contract shall be carried out as a performance contract with AB 04 as the current contract terms.
The framework agreement can be used by Kapellskärs Hamn AB and Stockholms Hamn AB and relates to work in all of the Client's ports in Kapellskär, Stockholm, Norvik and Nynäshamn. The framework agreement only applies to construction work carried out in the Client's buildings. Call-offs take place if necessary during the framework agreement period.
This procurement is not divided into contract areas. The contractor must submit a tender for all requested services.
The Customer intends to sign a Framework Agreement with five (5) Contractors. The basis for evaluation is the most economically advantageous tender based on price.
The Framework Agreement enters into force when the Framework Agreement is signed by both Parties. The framework agreement is initially valid for two (2) years. The customer then has the opportunity to extend the Framework Agreement for another six (6) years by two (2) years at a time. The maximum total contract period is eight (8) years.
The framework agreement's estimated turnover is SEK 8,000,000 / year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is SEK 80,000,000 for the entire contract period of eight (8) years. Estimated turnover and maximum value are neither binding nor should be construed as a commitment.
