Delivery of a bioluminescence in vivo imaging system and maintenance

The subject matter is the delivery and operational installation of a bioluminescence in vivo imaging system including installation of the software for operating the system and for data evaluation as well as expert instruction in the operation and function of the system for five employees of the client by suitable German-speaking personnel of the contractor at the customer's site. Furthermore, all software updates released within the first four years after the system is ready for operation must be made available free of charge. In addition, german and/or English-language operating instructions are provided in electronic form (e.g. CD, download or PDF) and maintenance is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications for a period of 48 months from the date of operational installation. In addition, the contractor guarantees the availability of spare parts for the system for a period of at least five years after it has been set up ready for operation.
