4. The Awarding Entity provides for the right of options. The subject of the order in the amount specified in Annex 1 to the ToR is the basic scope related to the purchase of vaccines. If it is necessary to carry out an additional fox vaccination campaign, the Entity exercising the option right may purchase up to 50% more vaccines compared to the basic order - in the case of Śląskie, Świętokrzyskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodships, the Unit may purchase up to 100% more vaccines. At the same time, each Unit (excluding the Śląskie, Świętokrzyskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodships) may purchase up to 50% less vaccines in relation to the basic order set out in Annex 1 to the ToR, in the event of the quantitative demand for the vaccine by the Unit being reduced, in particular in if, until the start of the spring operation, the public procurement procedure for the supply of the vaccine or vaccine discharge service is not completed.

5. The exercise of option rights is not mandatory for Units. If the Units do not exercise their option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect.

6. The unit price of vaccines ordered under the option right may not be different from the unit price of vaccines specified in the offer submitted by the Contractor under the said procedure.

7. The option right will be exercised through written orders addressed by the Unit to the Contractor. Orders will specify, among others the amount of vaccine ordered, date and address of delivery and contract number on the basis of which the option right is exercised.

8. The order will be implemented in 2020. Detailed delivery dates for the vaccine will depend on weather conditions, top-down vaccination dates, the deadline for completing the public procurement procedure for the vaccine discharge service, arrangements made with the discharge entity, and other circumstances. Planned dates of fox vaccinations are presented in the tables (spring action - table No. 1, autumn action - table No. 2).
