The Framework Agreement covers the following services: Provision of French and foreign serial publications, any medium, acquired under the title for the University of Paris 8. By serial publications we mean: - titles with regular and irregular publications, loose-leaf publications, - titles of current and restricted circulation, - titles in paper, electronic and combined paper / electronic versions, - titles published in France or abroad, in all languages. Serial publications identified by an International Standard Identification Number (Issn) and appearing in successive fascicles or volumes include periodicals, journals, newspapers, annual publications (reports, yearbooks, directories, etc.), loose-leaf publications. This framework agreement covers specialized journals, i.e. professional information journals and scientific journals.
