1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of light fuel oil (diesel oil intended for heating purposes) to the tanks listed in the "List of Buyers and Recipients of heating oil" constituting Appendix No. 1 to Swz (in a separate file).

2. The estimated amount of fuel oil shall be a total of 821 700 litres. The quantity given is only used to determine the price in the offer. During the execution of the order, the heating oil will be collected successively, according to the needs of the Ordering Party.

1. The supplied material will be light fuel oil intended for central heating boiler rooms, used for space heating and hot water.

2. Heating oil must meet the requirements set out in the Polish Standard (PN-C-96024:2011) grade L-1 and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 01.12.2016 on quality requirements regarding sulfur content for oils and types of installations of conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008).

3. Minimum parameters of light fuel oil:

1. the density at 15 oC must not be higher than 860 kg/m3

2) the calorific value (energy) must not be lower than 42.6 MJ/kg

(3) the flash point must not be less than 56 oC

4) the sulphur content must not be higher than 0.1%

5. the water content must not be higher than 200 mg/kg

6. the solids content must not be higher than 24 mg/kg

7) the pour point must not be higher than -20 oC

8) red.
