The subject of the contract is the Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) including the sale and provision of distribution services to the buildings of the District Court in Sucha Beskidzka, at 11 Mickiewicza Street and the District Court in Myślenice, 7 Piłsudskiego Street.

The subject of the contract is the Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) including the sale and provision of distribution services to the buildings of the District Court in Sucha Beskidzka, at 11 Mickiewicza Street and the District Court in Myślenice, Piłsudskiego 7. 2. The Ordering Party is connected to the distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator: Polska Spółka Gazownictwa 3. The supplied natural gas must meet the legal requirements and technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and executive acts issued on its basis and the Act of 16.02.2007. on stocks of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas and the rules of conduct in situations of threat to the fuel security of the state and disturbances on the oil market (Journal of Laws 2020.411 j.t.). 4. The Contractor shall perform all actions and arrangements with the DSO necessary to carry out the procedure of changing the seller and effectively start the sale of gaseous fuel. 5. The Contractor shall perform these activities on the basis of appropriate powers of attorney granted by the Ordering Party together with the conclusion of the contract for the sale of gaseous fuel. In the event of a change of seller, this process must not affect the continuity of gas supply. 6. At the request of the selected Contractor, the Ordering Party shall provide the necessary data to change the seller immediately after signing the contract. 7. The Ordering Party informs that the gas fuel collected will be used for heating purposes (Article 89 paragraph 1 point 13 of the Act on excise duty)
