“DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF TWO PASSENGER STOPS IN KM APPROX. 31,000 AND KM APPROX 39,000 RAILWAY LINE NO. 99 CHABÓWKA — ZAKOPANE” AS PART OF THE PROJECT “WORKS ON RAILWAY LINES NO. 97,98,99 ON THE SECTION SKAWINA - SUCHA BESKIDZKA — CHABÓWKA — ZAKOPANE”

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) the design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtain for it all the required opinions, arrangements, admissions, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the execution of the subject matter of the contract;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority referred to in point 1, and all preparatory works necessary for the performance of the scope of the Agreement and all activities required by Law;

3) as-built documentation (collaudational operation) constituting a collection of all construction documents prepared by the Contractor of works for their transmission to the Contracting Authority, which is the basis for acceptance and assessment of conformity of the executed works with the project documentation

The contract includes the design and execution of works in the field of platforms with access and associated infrastructure, in particular in the industry: Traveller service facilities and small architecture, Track, Overhead catenary, Electricity up to 1 kV, Teletechnical, Roads and crossings.

Scope of design works:

• Preparation of a design concept.

• Obtaining location decisions.

• Preparation and submission of a declaration of works not requiring a building permit.

• Execution of project documentation — construction project — together with obtaining a building permit.

• Execution of project documentation - executive design.

• Execution of as-built documentation and colaudate.

Scope of construction works:

The subject of the contract is the construction of two new passenger stops Poronin Misiagi in the municipality of Poronin and Banska Niżna in the municipality of Szaflary with drainage, access to platforms, equipment of platforms (including installation of platform sheds with equipment, other elements of equipment along with objects of small architecture) with lighting, construction of a single-level passage in the level of rails — passage through the tracks of the appropriate standard in the area of Banská Nizhna adapted to local conditions, four-hole cable sewerage system, as well as other necessary works in industries accompanying /engineering facilities, power engineering, teletechnic/, adjustment of tracks in plan and profile, complement of crushed stone in track no. 1, adjustment of the catenary network and removal of any telecommunication/electric collisions/SRK.

The Ordering Party notes that the entire subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the ECM, the provisions of the general law, the requirements of national regulations, TSI, TSI PRM, Technical Standards of the Contracting Authority, Regulations of the Ordering Party, standards, rules of technical knowledge and art construction.
