Each lot is the subject of a framework agreement, with no minimum, with maximum, multi-awardees concluded with a maximum of three (3) contractors (subject to a sufficient number of candidates and admissible tenders). This is a joint framework agreement which will give rise either to the issuance of purchase orders or to the conclusion of subsequent contracts according to the characteristics of the work operation under the conditions defined in the C.C.P. Each lot will be allocated separately. The Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year: from the date of notification of the contract for lots 20, 22, 23, 26 and from 1 September 2024 for all other lots. No free variants are allowed and no variants are mandatory for this consultation. This consultation includes conditions of a social and environmental nature described in the C.C.P.
